About the Osceola Resort Area Council
ORAC’s mission is to bring together voices, vendors, hoteliers, and entertainers in the West 192 area to promote and build the tourism corridor for future visitors to Osceola County.
The Osceola Resort Area Council and the Kissimmee/Osceola County Chamber of Commerce are proud to promote the Kissimmee Is Me initiative. Kissimmee Is Me aims to create Kissimmee Ambassadors by educating front-line service providers and their leaders about the Kissimmee Pearls. In addition, the Ambassadors learn about the shift from providing service to creating Customer Xperiences (CXs).
ORAC aims to be the voice of the Osceola County tourism corridor as they advocate for tourist-based business in our county.
