About the Hispanic Business Council
The HBC’s mission is to provide leadership, education, networking, and marketing opportunities to Hispanic businesses located in the Central Florida area. The HBC discusses topics such as education, health, and government affairs with respect to how they relate to its members and the Hispanic community. The council is focused on:
- Providing valuable information on community initiatives and events to the Hispanic Business Community
- Supporting the Chamber’s events that cater to the Hispanic community such as Three Kings Day and Viva Osceola
- Offering scholarships to Osceola County students of Hispanic origin
- Providing educational and networking opportunities to community businesses and organizations
Notable Efforts
- Annual scholarships for Hispanic students in Osceola County
- Business Under the Stars – an evening vendor and networking fair with entertainment and light food and beverage
- Wake Up Entrepreneur! – a breakfast-time educational series aimed at small business owners and operators
- Three Kings Day Press Conference – annual press conference announcing the arrival of the Three Kings to Osceola County for our annual Three Kings Day event
