
Cornerstone Hospice seeks volunteers for a variety of roles, bilingual volunteers are a plus. Volunteers may provide companionship to Cornerstone Hospice patients in their homes or in a nursing facility, honor fellow veterans, help in the office or sit vigil with a patient to ensure no one dies alone. Cornerstone Hospice volunteers enjoy flexible hours and can serve in the communities they choose. All volunteers must undergo training.

The Osceola County Historical Society collects and preserves the county’s history, and provides educational, research, and recreational opportunities to foster an understanding of the area’s cultural and natural heritage for residents and visitors.

Helping Others Make the Effort (HOME) is working to break the cycle of homelessness by providing housing and supportive services to homeless families. HOME offers several program options, dependent on the individual family’s need and housing urgency.
